1. Policy Overview

This Return & Refund Policy sets forth the terms, conditions and responsibilities for returns, exchanges and refunds after customers purchase products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agreed to all terms in this policy. This policy applies to all physical goods sold in our store. Custom‑made and digital virtual products shall be governed by special clauses.

2. Return Eligibility

Qualified for Return

  1. You may apply for return or refund if received items have quality defects, damage, missing items, wrong items delivered, or significant discrepancies against product descriptions.
  2. Goods must be resalable: intact product body without scratches, stains or wear‑and‑tear. Original packaging, tags and all accessories shall be complete.
  3. Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Non‑returnable & Non‑refundable Situations

  1. Applications submitted beyond the 7‑day return window.
  2. Goods are heavily used, damaged, or lack original packaging, tags or accessories and cannot be resold.
  3. Custom‑printed and personalized‑made items (except for quality‑related issues).
  4. Personal hygiene & intimate items are non‑returnable for non‑quality reasons.
  5. Damage caused by human factors, self‑disassembly or external impact is not covered by this policy.
  6. Clearance or discounted products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded unless quality problems occur.

3. Shipping Cost Rules

  1. Merchant‑responsible cases (quality defects, wrong/missing items): Return shipping fee shall be borne by the merchant. Customers pay for return delivery first and submit shipping receipts for reimbursement.
  2. Customer‑initiated returns (dislike, improper size and other personal reasons): All shipping fees shall be covered by the buyer.
  3. Collect‑on‑delivery parcels will be rejected by our warehouse.

4. Refund Types

4.1 Full Refund

  1. Full refund will be processed after warehouse inspection if you return defective goods.
  2. Full refund without returning goods may be granted upon approval with clear photos or videos, if items are severely damaged and cannot be shipped back.

4.2 Partial Refund

If minor defects exist and you keep the product, partial refund can be offered upon mutual agreement.

4.3 Refund Rejection

Refund applications may be declined for insufficient evidence, man‑made damage, expired return period, or incomplete / destroyed goods.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Contact customer service with your order number, photos or videos showing product issues to submit return‑refund application.
  2. After review approval, customer service will provide our return address. Do NOT send parcels without prior confirmation.
  3. Pack items completely and send the tracking number to customer service after shipment.
  4. Our warehouse receives and inspects returned goods to verify return compliance.
  5. Once verified, funds will be refunded to your original payment method within 3‑7 business days. Actual arrival time depends on payment provider processing speed.

Note: Risks of loss or damage for parcels sent back without prior communication shall be undertaken by buyers.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for quality‑defective items subject to stock availability. Process: submit evidence → get approval → send back defective unit → new item dispatched after warehouse receipt. If out‑of‑stock, refund will be issued instead.

7. Exceptions & Policy Revision

  1. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Revised terms apply to all subsequent orders after publication.
  2. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. Platform mediation can be requested if consensus cannot be reached.
